Getting better again, pull-ups were fine today. I could try max reps some day.

On Friday I shoveled mould in garden to get proper lawn. My opinion is that couple of hours shoveling can be considered as exercise  .

Saturday evening: two hour football training. I took two beta-blockers in the morning, it was too much, pulse didn't raise over 165 even if running hard. It's still better than "normal" over 200. Otherwise it was nice to play.

Today:

Row machine

Pull-ups:
10+10+11 @ bw

Cable rear pulldown:
4x6 @ 60 kg

Dumbbell bent-over row:
8+8+12 @ 30 kg

Cable curl: (this machine shows too much weight)
3x6 @ 50 kg (last rep's were crap)
6 @ 45 kg

Cable underhand pulldown:
1 @ 100 kg
2 @ 95 kg
3 @ 90 kg
1 @ 95 kg

We were on country cottage owned by my parent's in law on last week.

I made my first appearance training strong man things  I flipped and rolled stones that we first dig and lifted from ground. Don't know how much they weighted, but if stone density is somewhere round 2.5 kg/dm3 they could have been somewhere 100-200 kg considering the size, one of them maybe over 300 kg. Father in law commanded me to move them to the water front.

Cottage training consisted also weighted push ups with my daughter laying on my back and some military press with odd objects (like big bench vice).

I got some small neck/upper back injury on Sunday 31.5. I couldn't train with weights on last week.

Wednesday 3.6: soccer, we won 1-0

Saturday 6.6: soccer training & sauna night

Monday 8.6: soccer, lost 1-2

Today:

Cross-trainer

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
4x6 @ 70 kg
15 @50 kg

I tried cable pushdown, but it felt bad on neck & upper back

Barbell shoulder press, strange but this didn't hurt:
15 @ barbell (20kg)
2x5 @ 35 kg

Neck and upper back are bit better, left calf and right back thigh are much worse:

Thursday 11.6: soccer, we won 1-0

Friday 12.6: I didn't had time to visit gym (overtime working), just did 3x10 pull ups

Saturday 13.6: amateur soccer tournament: 6 short games, we got bronze. There was only couple of minutes left on last game when my sore calf totally bit the dust and cramped so I had to crawl out from field. Still I think it was worth of it! It was nice to play, atmosphere was good and weather too. And I was able to do 2 goals.

So, no leg training on this week (at least).

Today:

Cross-trainer, sandbag

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
3x6 @ 70 kg
11 @ 60 kg
(I was alone so I didn't like to do too close to max reps)

Barbell shoulder press:
3x7 @ 35 kg

Cable standing fly (machine shows too much weight):
3x10 @ 30 kg

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
10 @ 50 kg
7+8 @ 55 kg

Incline sit-up
30 @ bw
25 @ 10kg plate

Today:

We finally got new equipments. Squat cage, press bench, preacher curl bench and curl barbell (bended). I'm quite sure I'm going to like cage, it's nice when training alone.

Pull-ups:
15+12 @ bw

Cable seated row:
8 @ 70 kg
3x6 @ 80 kg

Barbell curl:
6 @ 30 kg My elbow didn't like this barbell (angle) so I continued with dumbbells

Dumbbell curl:
3x6 @ 14 kg

Today:

Testing new bench.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
3 @ 80 kg
8+8+6 @ 70 kg

It felt fine, the old one was self made, it was like a sofa. This is quite pro one.

At this point wife phoned. Unfortunately she broke her back and I had to take her in first aid. Probably lumbago. So that was training for today.
