I'd like to think of myself as a powerlifter... I am not there yet
I also want to keep a balance between strength and endurance training. I can't run for shit but I try to improve on whatever results I have aquired by performing low weight squats, push ups(descending reps ), chins, BW benchpress for reps. I do this also to entice other members to do the same (with moderate success).
I am getting older and despite my refusing to accept the inevitable advent of decrepitude, I am starting to feel the aches and pains that many promised me already 15 years ago.
So I am not sure I am going to be able to improve on the 33 reps..... but I'll try. I will appreciate any encouragement.
