how i can eat up to 70 bananas in a day?

Postby ha » Tue Apr 28, 2009 11:12 am

its just came to me that im better off posting a vid to share my opinion than hallucinating that every thread is a request for fruit and veg advice from the dude that eats more fruit than anyone in australia and infuriating jp and the gang over and over.

so if you want to hear it from ha, sit back, relax and enjoy my experiences and adventures on a bamboo bicycle and a belly full o fruits.

your opinion is welcomed and remember i take nothing personally.

Didn't you mention elsewhere that you eat 20 kg of fruit a day?

It must be really boring eating, what, a quarter of your own bodyweight, a day in fruit.

Question is not how - omar tan answers that easily - but why

Just watched a load of your movies on youtube and all I can say is WOW you keep it up fella, I'm on my hands and knee's bowing down, amazing life you have and your thoughts are inspiring! Thought about going raw myself but haven't done it yet... You eat alot of fruit and greens but what about nuts for fat and protein?

What's this got to do with anything?
Q ---> You're too thin.
Ha ---> You're too fuckin slow.
And?

Reminds me of the time I asked someone what they were listening to on their walkman and they simply answered - "so what, better than the spice girls" without me having any clue what they were listening to.

I do agree though, that if you look at many elite cyclists and long distance runners, they are often very thin. And most of them are regular omnis, so it doesn't say that much that you are thin.

But then there's the question of your health in the long run. B12, essential amino acids and essential fats can't be found in fruit alone. But pointing that out to you is fruitless (pun intented) because you are convinced that you will be the exeption that proves the world wrong. Maybe this is an early sign of failing neural function. I don't know.

So it's 'pick on Ha' day?

Hell if you can manage to survive (dare I say thrive) on that diet and that lifestyle, then good for you! I personally would cry without soy milk and Chipotle, but I suppose we all have our shortcomings eh?
