First day on the track with the SRM for the year, and I've got new 1s and 5s PBs: 1374 and 1299, respectively.

Nice!! Solid progress!! You might be hitting 1500w by the end of the summer!!

Still no access to the track here. =(

The really frustrating thing is that my road bike (with power meter) is set up so close to my track bike, including 165mm cranks..i would be able to do my sprint workouts on the road bike, AND get useful feedback.. GRRR!

That's a pretty good number, unless he's over 200lbs..hehe..

Watts per kilogram is an important distinction... Sure, Joni can hit a fair number of watts higher than me, i'd still cream him in a sprint tho. ;)

Any recent PB's anyone?

Riding up Hurricane Ridge last week i tied my 30min again (258w), and posted to new big items: 1hr up to 251w from 247w, and 2hr up to 233w from 219w.

Also switched over to WKO+, nice getting Normalized power too, and TSS of course..

How about adding some new columns?

Top Ride TSS, Top Week TSS, and how about two Threshold items, 20m and 60m? Too much info?

Fredrik - can you sticky this thread too, so it sits closer to the top?

Hey peeps, where you at?

Added in the 20min field, so send me your #'s!

Got a bunch of PB's the last week, 10min (up 8w to 332w), 20min (279w, up 9w) and 30min (up 3w to 261w, sort of incidental after a TT. ;)

Spreadsheet updated, look alive everyone. =)

Aw, come on people, this shouldn't be the Dave Noisy wattage table!

Two more PB's on Sun after the crit:

30min: up another 9w, to 270w - that's +12w in less than a month..!

60min: up 2w to 253w

Woohoo! My TT power is finally coming around!

Note that i've added the 20min column, so post your numbers for 20mins!

heh, it's only cuz an Ironman is 180km - so I have done and raced the distance many times recording exactly what the power was for the distance which is usually 5 hr +/-. I don't track it as a peak in wko.
