Me, Plan is to nail a few, but first one is Unit20 comp this weekend;
1. overhead medley - 65kg keg, 40kg DB each arm, 80kg log, 90kg axle
2. yoke//tyre/farmers medley - 20m each (yoke and farmers) - 220/280x3/100
3. arm over arm -15m- 350kg
4. car deadlift hold - approx 250kg in hands
5. squat - 140 for reps
6. stones - 80, 85, 100, 117, 130 to 51" platform
Aim - overhead, get them all nailed. Fair percentage will nail up to and including the log. We're not timing individual lifts, so only way to place ok is to take a breather and get the axle nailed.
Medley - Finish it, maybe
Arm over arm - finish it. 60 second limit, and friction means it's impossible to get any slide with it as it's a chain and 50kg plate.
Hold - 30 seconds
Squat - 4 reps
Stones - fast with first 4, a breather, and then have a bash at the 130.
