Today:

Cross-trainer, sand bag training (kickboxing style)

Pull-up:
8+8+8+6 @ bw

Dumbbell bent-over row:
4 x 6 @ 30 kg

Barbell curl:
5 + 4 @ 33 kg (last set's lasts were crap)
8 @ 28 kg

Cable front pulldown:
4 @ 65 kg
2 x 5 @ 60 kg

Quite satisfied with this session. I have rested two days becouse of increased arrhytmias at nights and tiredness (don't know which causes which). Today I felt enough fine for training.

Tomorrow I skip futsal training, toe is getting better, but I still don't wan't to risk healing. Next week there would be two games, I try to play then.

Today:

Crosstrainer for warming up.

Bench press:
20 @ 40 kg
1 @ 75 kg (best for a long time :? )
16 @ 50 kg
4 @ 65 kg
8 @ 55 kg
5 @ 60 kg

Chest dip:
7+7+6 @ bw

Cable standing fly:
12+12 @ 15 kg (just wanted to do something easy after bench & dips)

Speed barbell shoulder press :P :
15+15 @ barbell (20kg)
JP's speed deads inspired me to do speed press. I've done this sometimes years ago when trained boxing. Idea is just wank barbell as fast as possible. It's not "pure" shoulder press, barbell isn't moving just straight up&down but little bit forward backward also when doing it fast.

Today training:

I was in a hurry, so decided to do only DL and squats quickly.

Exercise bike

DL:
10 @ 65 kg
1 @ 125 kg PB
1 @ 130 kg PB
7 @ 105 kg (happy with this also, especially after PB's)

Squat:
10 @ 65 kg
3 @ 85 kg
12 @ 65 kg
10 @ 70 kg

Squat was ok too, if considering that it was after DL.

On sunday there were last two futsal-games in winter serie. We lost first game 0-3, opposite team haven't lost any game in this serie so it wasn't big surprise or disappontment. I think they will (should) raise to upper serie. We won second game 3-1. It was nice to play, we had enough players so even I managed to play without total exhaustion.

Today:

Crosstrainer for warming up. Easy sandbag-session with bare hands.

Bench press:
20 @ 40 kg
1 @ 75 kg (felt easier than last time)
16 @ 50 kg
5 @ 65 kg
12 @ 55 kg
7 @ 60 kg

Dumbbell shoulder press :
8+8+8 @ 14kg

Chest dip:
8+8+8 @ bw

Cable pushdown:
8 @ 45 kg (the machine shows too much)
6+6 @ 50 kg

Sit-ups

Today training:

Few minutes exercise bike session

Clean:
10 @ 45 kg
5 @ 55 kg
3 @ 60 kg
1 @ 70 (FAIL)
1 @ 65 kg PB

Form is still quite bad. Timings between different sequences are not ok, I don't jump when I should and squat after that isn't low enough. This is technically hardest weight exercise I've never tried.

Squat:
5 @ 85 kg
2 @ 95 kg
2 @ 100 kg PB! (and done two reps with that  )
8 @ 85 kg

DL:
10 @ 85 kg
5+5+5 @ 100 kg

Barbell standing leg calf raise:
20+20 @ 45 kg

Back Extension on hyperextension appararatus:
20 @ bw

Today squat was number one exercise, I try to alternate every second time squat and DL when doing legs & lower back.

Thank's, it was fine except for that damn cleans. Intellectually too challenging exercise for me, too much moving components at the same time.

Today:

Sand bag training with bare hands

Pull-up:
8+8+10 @ bw

Dumbbell bent-over row:
6+6+6+7 @ 30 kg

Cable rear pulldown:
3 x 6 @ 60 kg

Barbell curl:
3 x 8 @ 28 kg

Yesterday I was training futsal. We played 2 vs 2 for 1.5 h, short breaks after 5 goals. I can feel it now.

Now we're going to sled hill with my daughter (if I can walk there with my post-futsal-legs), might be the last time for this winter.

Today:

Crosstrainer, sandbag with bare hands.

Bench press:
20 @ 40 kg
1 @ 80 kg (almost.. could push it up somehow, but ass raised high --> form bad --> could say FAIL, damn it..)
18 @ 50 kg
3 @ 70 kg
8 @ 60 kg
8 @ 55 kg

Chest dip:
8+7+6 @ bw

Cable pushdown:
6+6+6 @ 50 kg (the machine shows too much)

Dumbbell lateral raise (with arms slightly bended):
15+15 @ 8kg

Speed barbell shoulder press:
15+15 @ barbell (20kg)

Sit-ups

Bench press is my weakest exercise. I'm feeling that I'm going to reach 200 kg in DL before 100 kg in bench

excellent I bet she loves that! :D
she is lucky to have such a caring dad who takes her sledging even when his legs are killing him! :D

Emm, I think I sledged more than my daughter  who concentrated to eating snow rather than downhills

Today training:

I was in a hurry (again), so decided to train quite fast. I train in my workplace's gym after workday and usually I don't have infinitely time becouse of picking up daughter from kindergarten before it closes, going to buy some food and preparing it etc. My wife has a shift work so sometimes I have to do all these things by myself.

DL:
10 @ 85 kg
5 @ 110 kg
3 @ 120 kg
1 @ 130 kg
5 @ 110 kg
10 @ 85 kg

Nice pyramid.

Squat:
5+5+5 @ 80 kg

Calf jumps:
30+30 @ bw

Thank's Pekka!
Finally got that 80 kg in bench again. Last time I could press that was about 12 years ago. Now it seems that my left shoulder can stand bench press again. It's funny becouse I have tried to do bench sometimes in past years but it has felt bad. About year ago I started carefully to do it again, and felt quite fine. Just clicking little bit, but not really achy.
