Happy new year to you all!

Vegan Fitness is 1 year old today! A big thanks to all the members who have helped keep this new online community alive for the past 12 months, and to all members who have joined but not joined in yet, drop in and say hello.

*Cyclists - new Forum added*

Register your interest and you will be added to the list.

*Other vegan sports related websites*

Lately there has been an emergence of numerous websites combining veganism and sport. Why not pay them a visit? (swedish language only)

*Tsunami appeal*

Vegfam distribute food and supplies directly on the ground. They are a small vegan group, run by very few people, and so are not high profile. However, their remit is to provide vegan aid for people who need it, and they help dig wells, irrigate areas for plant growing, etc.

So far they have given £3000 worth of food aid in India, working together with grassroots Indian groups, and you can rely on them to send every penny to help victims of the disaster.

The website is very basic, but they are a reputable and effective group, relying solely on donations.

Do not worry about this newsletter clogging up your mail inbox as it will come out very rarely. If you wish to change your email, please use the profile edit page at: ... ditprofile
