I'd like to officially concede victory to you in our powerlifting competition. I've decided to abandon powerlifting for 2009.

I caught a cold and the hangover of the century so I couldn't really train last week. But now I'm back.

SJJ one hour. We did combinations with punches, kicks and throws. Good fun.
