Pain is not normally good, might be a little sore where the bar touches your back (I found it more comfortable to drop the bar a little lower on your back). If that is the case you need to HTFU and get used to the feel of bar on skin, any other pain and I would be very careful.Johnboy74 wrote:

ninearms wrote:100kg was definitely high. You let your elbows drop and then chickened out. 107.5 looked like you never really thought you'd get it. No fight, no tightness, you just carefully lowered it onto the pins. 105 is there though, if you stay really tight and give it everything you have.
