couple simple routines have packed more mass on me than anything else.

first the best:

5X5 - solid routine, focusing on basic big lifts, progression and hard work built in, hardcore, simple, and delivers.

second best:

Classic Russian routine

heres a handy calculator:

many other good routines as well, always wanted to try HST:

but got into strength training before getting the chance :D

JP, do you have a link to that routine from a muscle mag which gave step by step guides to getting your bench up to 315 in a year, then 405 the year after? i've looked through the stickies and can't see it now!

The Ryan Kennelly one? I think I have that saved as a pdf somewhere. I might even have an Excel file.

from what I can remember it was a pdf with bb'er looking dudes pictured, and written in a muscle mag format. so, JP's suspicions may be correct!
