love the hot yoga. I go to Moksha yoga. Like Bikram, it's done in a heated studio, but with a different series of postures developed by Ted Grand who used to co-host Animal Voices in Toronto back in the day (a point of interest for anyone looking to create an animal rights trivial pursuit!). For anyone interested, the site is http://www.mokshayoga.ca/index.htm.
Although, I do think it might be easier to get injured in hot yoga because there may be the possibility of overstretching, or believing that you can stretch farther than you can. Especially for guys with tight hamstrings who want to touch their nose to their toes, they can force their lower spine into flexion and bad things can happen. I know I have to be careful when i'm doing hot yoga, but the feeling afterward is amazing.
