Fronties seem to suit me, so will keep training with them and see what happens.

Hit a pretty easy 275 today. Look for a quick leapfrog of Hardcore Iv, Jonathan, Buzz, and Ninearms in the near future :D

Overhead squat higher than front squat would be plain weird. I dont see it happening though :) .

RESURRECTION

Since front squats are the new black (and the old, but not well known), this race needs to be revitalised.

Lets get that 400lbs bagged people!

the race is to 400lbs - approx 182.5kg

my lift was 170kg, so 374lbs, which is almost as to say that this challenge is IN THE BAG!!! :D

I finally got back to within-range of my previous PR, hitting 290lb today. With any luck I'll soon be able to break Cara Heads front squat PR...though I'm afraid her back squat PR will elude me for a while: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r87D-JyichM
