Regarding travel - what's the nearest airport and what's the best way to get to Kleve from there?

The nearest airport is Weeze. It's probably the cheapest destination as well. Other options are Köln (Cologne) and Düsseldorf.

If there are Finns interested in going to Kleve: drop me a PM, let's see if we could organize a car ride there!

There is quite some interest from German vegans in the sidekick class :)

I also have another sponsor, not sure yet what that'll bring, maybe T-shirts, maybe more prizes, maybe catering :)

Should be about 10 bugs (I'm from Düsseldorf actually, but I don't pay extra, since I'm a student).

If you bring enough sidekicks, you should use a weekend ticket or a federal state ticket:

I think we're going to head to Düsseldorf and get the train from there. How long does the train ride take?

If the strongman comp is on the Sunday I guess we'll be looking at coming out on the Saturday and back on the Monday. Has to be a short trip really as I'm low on holidays this year :?

How many people are in for the heavyweight comp so far (and what are their names :) ) ?

I think you'll find it is Germany versus North Britain. Scotland's not a real country 8)
