i have a bit of a blog on my myspace, its quite hilarious really, because one of the only things i wrote was about how i would never learn to ride a bicycle (less than 12 months ago) ... now i am an aspiring cyclist :p

That said I should probably work out when my girlfriend is PMSing (not for fucking her, which seemed to be a main theme with your rant, and therefore, that blog).
