Clean day

Power cleans felt relatively good, not too much early arm bend according to coach. Still pulling too high though. Jerks were suboptimal, drive ok but footwork off.

Powerclean:
70kg: 1x3, 80kg: 1x3, 90kg: 3x2
Jerk:
70kg: 1x2, 80kg: 1xf, 9x1
Front squats:
80kg: 3x5

C&J day

Powercleans felt pretty much better than ever, made a double PB with 95kg. Jerks weren't too bad either, made equal PB with 105kg and a narrow miss on 110kg. It is in there for sure.

Jerks:
70kg: 1x2, 80kg: 1x2, 85kg: 1x1, 90kg: 4x1, 95kg: 1x1, 100kg: 1x1, 105kg: 1x1, 110kg: 1xf
Front squats:
90kg: 2x3, 95kg: 1x3, 100kg: 2x3

Too strong! What happened with the 110? Did you press it out, or miss it and bail? Nice going anyway man, good to see some big numbers back!

Yeah things have been quiet on the bronco front recently.

My log is starving for carrots. Bronco's are some of the most valuable :(
