3 Mile run around the Lough. No idea how long it took.
Some soft tissue work with a tennis ball.

Later in the day I actually remembered my dream, so it did work :)
Took ZMA last night again and had some wacked dream. Watched first bit of jarheads before bed as it was on irish TV, which gave me wacked dreams (I will not elaborate for fear of people reading into my dreams).

Wednesday Morning

7 hours sleep last night, not ideal. I have been taking extra zinc as an experiment to see if it clears up my pimples.. So far so good.

Was a little scared about squats today and generally not motivated. Despite feeling miffed turned out to be good workout. Was dripping with sweat by the end of it. New pb in deadlift and overhead press.

Squat: 10x20kg, 7x50kg, 5x5 75kg <- No fail this time whoopaaa!
Overhead Press: 10x20kg, 5x40kg , 5x5 47.5kg <- super happy with that new PB!!
Deadlift : 1 x 50kg, 95kg 3,1,1 <- new pb but scared of breaking my back.
Pullups : 7,3,2 <- nothing left

Bench: 10x20kg, 7x40kg, 5x5 60kg <- new pb and there is more to come
Row: 10x20kg, 7x40kg, 5x5 60kg <- starting to doubt my form
Dips: 9,9,6 <- fuck missed the last set, totally stuffed

That is the plan and get some figures up on the strength table.
Ill be traveling for work next week before VFW so its a rest drink beer kind of taper :)

Felt like shit coming home from work, too much work stress. Contemplated just going to bed and skipping aikido. Downed a fizzy vit pill and went anyway and tried to take it easy.

Tomorrow Im flying to Munich for work en route to VFW!!!! See you guys there.

Will try fit in a couple of pushups/burpee sessions in hotel rooms during my travels.

Woke up at a friends house on a Lake in Munich.. Had an awesome swim about 1km or so I would guess. 25+20 pushups.

Monday
======
Woke up in Brno Czech, slightly hungover and sleep deprived and did a nice 30 minute run in the early morning through the city. Awesome.

VFW is over, get over it suckers and get back to the Disco!

During VFW this is what I maxed out on.
Deadlift: 140kg (was so close to 160kg its not funny)
Bench: 85kg (Which we will call a bodyweight Bench, nailed it on third attempt. Thanks to TUC and XkillerX for the slaps and tickles)
Clean Press: 60kg (on day three during Olympic lifting session with sore muscles so was suboptimal)

Things I have taken from VFW.
- Need to buy a Pullup bar so I can wipe out the competition in ladder climbing next year
- More pushups
- More running and speed work
- Boxing is loads of fun
- When all is said and done, a lot more is said than done.
