So I'm planning on getting new trainers, getting into shape etc.
I'll be practising my break falls, and trying to improve my balance as well.
I'm thinking that's great, my martial arts will hopefully improve, what about free running?
I've never tried it before, but all the videos I see are of people with great balance, great body movements, and yes, strength that I don't have, but a lot seems to be based on momentum as well.
