Better late than never, but this is my first post here at Veganfitness. Althought I've been registered here for a while now, but I haven't been that talkative up until now.
I have to excuse myself, my english isn't that great and fitness terminology is my weakness (among other things). But I hope I can manage here still.
I'm a vegan, at least most of the time, and I'm somewhat newbie when it comes to sports. I've tried some martial arts, weightlifting, gymnastics, belly dancing (:oops:) and now my goal is to start weightlifting again to gain some power into my tiny arms and legs - and maybe to gain some mucles too.
Currently my dog takes me out for a walk three times a day - that's about all I do for now. And of course I do some sit-ups, push-ups etc. at home, but I really should just get a grip and go to the gym as I've been planing for like... few months now.
Now I think that's all. If you'd like to know some other things about me (other hobbies, music, fav color, etc.), then just ask me. I'm all yours.
