Better late than never, but this is my first post here at Veganfitness. Althought I've been registered here for a while now, but I haven't been that talkative up until now.

I have to excuse myself, my english isn't that great and fitness terminology is my weakness (among other things). But I hope I can manage here still.

I'm a vegan, at least most of the time, and I'm somewhat newbie when it comes to sports. I've tried some martial arts, weightlifting, gymnastics, belly dancing () and now my goal is to start weightlifting again to gain some power into my tiny arms and legs - and maybe to gain some mucles too.

Currently my dog takes me out for a walk three times a day - that's about all I do for now. And of course I do some sit-ups, push-ups etc. at home, but I really should just get a grip and go to the gym as I've been planing for like... few months now.

Now I think that's all. If you'd like to know some other things about me (other hobbies, music, fav color, etc.), then just ask me. I'm all yours. :D

Hi there!

Welcome to VF! :D I don't even have a dog to drag me out on walks... :) I try to do some stuff, but not as much as I should. Ah well.... Might just read about doing sports on VF instead  :D

Welcome! :D

And maybe nickname "Lacrima" is familiar to you too. :D

Edit.

I greet you, Enhydra Lutris, too. :) Dog really is a good friend to have. Before I didn't take walks at all and I hated every minute when I had to do sports at school.
Now I just love it, but I guess I'm too unorganised type of person to adjust in tight schedules and my mood swings... I don't even want to talk about them.

Welcome!

So what is your fav colour, and what would you be if you where a kitchen tool?

Thank you. :) I love your avatar.

Currently my favorite color is green, but I also like red. And the kitchen tool... I don't want to sound violent, but I would say that a peeler.

Hello and welcome!

For fitness you can do more at home, you don't need a gym. Try books like Ross Enemait's or Charles Bronson's.

Peeler, eh? I'm really embarrassed to say this, but I think I'm a tin opener.

Hope you enjoy VF.
