if hindu squats count for bodyweight squats, then 120 is my PB, although I can do more I'm sure if it's a contest.

I'd like to think of myself as a powerlifter... I am not there yet

I also want to keep a balance between strength and endurance training. I can't run for shit but I try to improve on whatever results I have aquired by performing low weight squats, push ups(descending reps ), chins, BW benchpress for reps. I do this also to entice other members to do the same (with moderate success).
I am getting older and despite my refusing to accept the inevitable advent of decrepitude, I am starting to feel the aches and pains that many promised me already 15 years ago.
So I am not sure I am going to be able to improve on the 33 reps..... but I'll try. I will appreciate any encouragement. :!:

50x50 kilos, 20xbodyweight. the latter on has plenty of room left, but i'll save it for when my back rebuilds itself.

I finished 50 reps of 165 pounds (75Kg) tonight.
Lots of gasping after 30, about 5 gasps per rep.

Yes, but i didn't count it because it didn't push JP further down the table

I just realized that Jemmy the Duck is in top spot! :shock:

I will pull myself together next week and make a PB!

50x50kgs last winter, 30x bodyweight last summer (at 76 kilos).

I didn't see this challenge on VBB, I think I will give it another shot one day. Once did 100 reps with 60kg, was trying to see how many reps I could do in 3 minutes and just kept going. Don't think I could do it again now, but will try again when I get my endurance back up

This is a great challenge!

A couple of months ago I did my bw (70kg) for 15 reps.
