w/ 10 lbs dumbbells:
30X bicep curls
30X shoulder shrugs
30X tricep extension
30X chest press with 25 lbs
20X chest fly with 40 lbs
30X upright row with 40 lbs
50X crunches with 55 lbs
50X back extension with 55 lbs
30X hamstring curls with 40 lbs
30X leg extension with 40 lbs
30X calf/hamstring/glute/core exercises on stability ball
abs:
100X crunches (50 knees bent, 50 legs flat)
30X hip raise crunches
with 12 lbs medicine ball:
30X curl ups
50X twists
20X reverse crunches
foooooooooooooooooooooooood:
2 apples
oatmeal with sliced small banana
a few pieces of dark chocolate...
mixed salad
roasted veggies
edamame
a small portion pasta salad
oatmeal cookie
chipsssssssssssssssss
