up to 65, feeling ok, just keeping it light on the lemon tonight tho.
Clean pulls - first time doing them. Felt weird, but not sure how they should feel really. Maybe weird is ok. Did a few at 80, and a couple at 90.
3x3x130 - brought the stance in a lot, and felt pretty good. All sets were solid. Numbers creeping back up, and confident of progression over coming times.
