Hmm, only one tiny session last week (basically 8x110 on squat, 8x65 on push press, and 8x25kg DB bench), but today went to train with a fresh approach, some may say lemony. Body is goosed from long time of over-eating and crazy training. Left hand is bit messed up and lower back/spine is consistently painful too. After getting some bumpers yesterday, The Jono and I hit the unit and 'constructed' an oly platform, and decided to get Lemon-with-it;
Clean and press
2x1x75 - got vids, technique goes to shit when it gets as 'heavy' as this, so need to work between 50 and 65 or so i'd say
somex1x65 - technique getting better by this point, learning to squat into the catch more, and to pull it up the body, rather than out and round the knees, and back in, in a weird arc motion
few snatches at 50kg, but all pressed out.
1x115 - felt good again this week. More pop than previously, and was warm enough to go topless for the first time since about october
1x100 - sort of shouldered, nice. 100kg stone is smooth and lovely, I wanted to bring it home with me...
