Diet - Eat more pies. Eat more fruit. Eat more veg (especially greens).
Lifestyle - Go out more (I love dancing
Starting point - weight at about 95kg now, and max lifts probably around 145/105/185 I'd guess, and overhead mibbie 80/85. Lost a ton of strength/weight over last month but back on track now, so should shoot back up quick enough. Plan for next couple of months is just to do linear stuff, and get back in the groove. Weight dropped off my arms and legs/ass as is genetically the way for me, so need to get the ceps back up to scratch
