Consider I weight less now then at the start of the year I'd say progress has been decent. Technique work is more important, but yeah need some weight gain...

Fuck is it hard to gain when you work at a physical job all day. Most of the fat bastards on this site just sit behind desks.

I'd just jog away for about 30-45 seconds until my attacker was tired and then push them over....

You're the bitter one, in a year I'll be half your size and able to lift more then you can over my head(Any luck on hitting BW overhead yet, or is the "power" belly still holding you? :P)

Ha, if spugfab puts his money on ralst, this means I get to be the underdog :D .

Appearantly, between november 2008 and march 2007 my snatch improved with 10kg and my C&J with 11.5kg. Thats about 5kg total per month. Since then, my snatch has improved with 0kg and my C&J with 1kg. That is about 0.07kg total per month  .

Even though I have had no progress, I have been gaining momentum to blast my way up to 220kg and beyond :D .

I'm glad I never actually contributed any lifts at all to this race. Would be pretty embarrassing to see how slowly they'd progressed.
