[quote="Rubber_Ritchie"]Oh. I don't know. I only know it was a Chin Woo club. http://www.chinwoo.org/
The website has little on it. Apparently it's huge in Malaysia though there's only a few classes in the UK.
Oh, this is what I was talking about. They teach ten forms from different kung fu styles. TANTUI(Springing Legs) is very simple but very very very very very useful in real fight. GONG LI QUAN (Strength Boxing) is very good for strength, obviouslyhttp://www.chinwoo.org/forms.htm
It seems they don't run classes in different styles but the ten forms are good anyway. Which form(s) did you learn?
im thinking of finding a class too. Ive never done any sort of Kung Fu before, just a little Tae Kwon Do. I Love kung fu though.
I wanna get fit and stronger first, but might take it up later on.
Any round the islington area? I found one Fujian White Crane Kungfuhttp://www.fwckungfu.com/
You can just google the schools near you and go to ALL of them and observe very carefully and see if they are your cup of tea. Kung Fu style is your lifelong partner.
