Ya it just has so much fat for the amount of protein you get, I don't like to eat too many nuts...

I will look into bulk quinoa, there is a Whole Foods not far from here, it's just usually expensive. Hopefully the quinoa is cheap. Also, I would buy some oats, but I don't really know what to do with them?
