are you logging all your food cos the food intake looks really low even for someone trying to lose weight :shock:

would be cool if you could include reps. you seem to have quite uneven strength because your squats are weaker than you bench?

Yes, but i was still hitting about 2000 calories
my squats suck, part of it is i he]avent been able to do as much because of injuries. 2 torn rotator so i cant get my arms on the bar, and 2 broken legs in the last 10 years, and i hate squats
