Serious fantasyland for me that is! I think I'll stick with my 300lb front squat and 350lb back squat targets for the time being...However, stick me on the list anyway, if only for the incentive that public shaming provides.

Current max 120kg at 83kg BW, so I should be good for another 60 odd kilos next session.

I'll give it a go on thursday.Really want to get good at these as they seem to have so much carryover for strongman events.Meant to be taking it easier with my training just now but i love a challenge.Cant help myself :lol: .

Hmmmm - might have to have a think about the female goal. I think you'll nail 90.1kg a bit too easy.

I am in also. 103kg is my current PB. 226 pounds.

I only do front squats because I usually don't have a spotter. I only like to do regular squats when I have one of those racks that has spotting bars that you can use to catch the weight if you can't do it.

For front squat I train with 355 pounds right now, so I'll race to 400 with my front squat.
