Tempehmomma some people actually do! (They have to be very careful...and use drip irrigation since water is a big issue here.) When I lived in Idaho I had a big bountious garden but I can't right now since my balcony faces North and I am an apartment dweller at this time. I am growing herbs and tomatoes with a grow light in my kitchen, though.

I am training, however I am not going to post a training log this week until I design an appropriate program.

This morning I weighted 198lbs at 6' 1" and I ain't tryin' to bulk. :(

Yeah, the book has a lot of info.

I'm going to be doing Push Presses or strict presses instead of Jerks because jerks rely more on leg drive than upperbody strength. My upperbody strength has always been my weak point.

Also, in the past I was *super* lean when I did 20 rep death squats and 1x15-20 rep DL 3 days a week adding 5 lbs a session. I have to keep my weight down because of diabetes type II.

Don't be suprised to see an unsual routine posted next week. Some crazy weird shite like this. :?

Forearm/grip work
Knuckle Push-ups
Pull-ups or chin-ups
DB Push or Strict Press
DB Power Clean

20 rep death squat
20 rep death DL
Rounds of DB swings for cardio.

Cool pics there.I used to have the blue blades on my skates and tuck one side of my top in my shorts when i was young playing hockey :lol: .His brother Keith played in Scotland with Ayr for a season about 15 years ago.
