I'm going to be doing Push Presses or strict presses instead of Jerks because jerks rely more on leg drive than upperbody strength. My upperbody strength has always been my weak point.
Also, in the past I was *super* lean when I did 20 rep death squats and 1x15-20 rep DL 3 days a week adding 5 lbs a session. I have to keep my weight down because of diabetes type II.
Don't be suprised to see an unsual routine posted next week. Some crazy weird shite like this.
