As requested - my facts:
Ex pro surfer turned bodybuilder. Training hard 15 years meat free for 20.

I am a WABBA trainer and qualified (World Amateur Body Building Association) A HND and BSc (hons) in anatomy, physiology and sports sciences.

Iam the NPBBA heayweight champ, got the BNBF class win & overall 4th, Naturalama (Vegas USA) 4th an ex ANB champ and entered various NABBA/WABBA's - but these are steroid boys so get my ass truly kicked!

I train:

Stevey Trelor - 2001 Junior Mr. Brit 4th in Europe
John Curly - Masters winner (middle weight)

write for Weider mags and Beef

I was one of the first to pioneer (with the Genius Scott Adams) Micelliar and whey mix. We developed L-glutamine ISOLATE and A truly Vegan Protein that is Pea based but containing all long, short, peptide bond, and branch chain amino acids essential for muscle growth!

Hello! Another vegan protien powder. Good! I am sick of holland and bastard. Can you get it in the UK?

Any chance of you going vegan? Cause we are like the body snatchers. We want to make you... ONE OF US!

Great to have you here. Look forward to your comments. (Already dreading implementing your ab routine... but it will be done!)

Fantastic range of comps there! Do you have any comps coming up?

Anyways, good to have you on board. Hope you'll enjoy it here.

Comps

Postby muscle-militia » Wed Aug 18, 2004 9:51 pm

This years comps are over (won the Heavyweights tho!)
So now its a year of 11 meals a day - wanna see if I can add 30lbs to come in 16 stone on the comp (3 months diet from 18 stone) and qualify for the Worlds. Cos I am soo tall my legs look crap and I will be against dudes a foot shorter that look awesome.

We are working on a smaller Glucose/Creatine molecule that should (aint yet tho!!!) convert to ATP fuel faster - thus loadsa muscle. One secret for mass is Glucose 35g after n before you train as then you are most anabolic! as I am an old fart (34).

Glad to see an expert coming up on here! Good job on the feats, certainly a sign of impressive dedication. Now you just need to post a picture somewhere.

I'm just getting into powerlifting/strongman, as are some of the other people on this board, and welcome any advice you wish to offer.

Hope you enjoy the boards, I've only been here a week or two and have found them to be nothing but motivating.

Regards,

John
