Graduate this thursday, and start my new job on monday. I couldn't wish for anything better: a job directly after graduation :shock: , working with children :) , and in my old home town :D ... (and I just realized that I will get free access to the hospitals large and well equipped gym, who knows; maybe I will turn bulker :wink:)

Today: "rest day" three hrs of walking in the gazzing sun though... 8)

Sunday: 10k run, slow pace, still not up any greater speeds after my long absence, but a nice little run in perfect sun shine... :D

Got a new heart rate monitor for graduation and thought I will give it a go as fast as I understand how to work it :wink:

Nice one Erske - I used to want to be a dieticien, but changed my mind in favour of biomedicine. Will you specialise in vegan children, or just children in general?
A computer can beat me at chess, it can confuse me beyond belief and it can play mind games with me but it is no match for me when it comes to kick boxing.

Not much work for a speciallized vegan dietician if i dont start my own buesness. Right now I will be working in the hospital with "children of all diets" :wink: but helping vegan parents and children is something that I would love to do... :D

How do you like the heart rate monitor? I've never used one, and never really even paid attention to my heart rate, but wondering if I should be paying attention?

Never quite used my old one, but Have been thinking of using it as a way for me not to fall back in to my "comfort zone" where I don't push myself very much, making sure I dont run at to low intensities... I will let you know how it works... :)¨

Today: 5k moderate pace, felt good running a little bit faster than usuall...
