Fitness wise my diet as come on leaps and bounds in the last few weeks, a reliance on about 50% raw fuit/veg for energy, with an abundance of high fibre rice/bread/pasta and with a regular daily intake of linseed. If theres any specific foods, or food groups you recommend Id be all ears.
I decided recently also to lead up to a regular weight training, more for tonning muscles rather than for anything special like body building. So im trying for a regular twice a week program of 70 mins weight training, as well as a daily array of push-ups, sit-ups and bench pressers. I figured its better to 'warm-up' to a consistent practice than to become to heavy too quickly. Maybe some martial arts development awaits
