Log press:
Max weight for a single and then your best set of reps (your discretion - which ever rep set you are proudest of).
Thick bar clean and press:
Max weight for single, and best rep set.
Yoke:
Max weight for 20m (and time if you have it).
Farmer's walks:
Max weight for 20m and best distance set. Heaviest farmer's pickup can also be included. Times can be included if known.
Stones:
Heaviest stone lifted to at least a 54inch/137cm platform, and best rep set. Times can be included if known. Please state whether you were using tacky or not.
Tyre flip:
Heaviest tyre flipped and best rep set. Times can be included if known.
18 inch deadlift:
Max weight and best rep set.
Then after that you can post any other random strongman lifts that you have done that are worth mentioning.
I think that I have remembered all the main lifts, but if I have missed anything out, please tell me and I will edit this post to include it.
