Been there a couple of times, but it's too far out of the city centre. I need to stay pretty central as I'm on call and need to pick stuff up as quickly as possible...littlegirlbunny wrote:rooti frooties is pretty good - not all vegan, but they are helpful if you ask and there is usually a couple of vegan options
Sarnies are cold though, I'm after hot food...xJimx wrote:Does Pret-A-Manager on New Street still sell vegan sandwiches? I think you can also get vegan sandwiches in most big branches of Boots & Starbucks.
I think you mean wetherspoons! I used to work in one (christ, what the hell was I doing?!?!) and I didn't even know the veggie burgers and onion rings were vegan.littlegirlbunny wrote:waterstones pubs do vegan friendly veggie burgers, onion rings and chips - there must be several in the city centre and on broad street.
Yeah there's one next to Border's in the bull ring. Completely forgot about that place. Will check the menu out tomorrow and will go for it if it's reasonably priced.Wagamama do hot japanese food, alot of which is vegan - there must be at least one of these in the centre.
definitely not! I think they'd go out of business.Maybe worth looking for falafal bars - i'm not sure whether there are any, but with the wide range of ethic backgrounds in brum i dont think it would be too hard to find one.
