I'm a 24 year old female (grrlz rule!), vegan for ~7 years now. I'm 130 lbs (don't know the kg or stones for that one. . .) and 5'7" tall. I'm trying to bulk up and gain some strength because I've always just kept my weight stable, but now I want to change. I used to run track and cross country for my college, but stopped due to injuries
I LOVE working out. I'm such an addict. I lift a couple times a week, do some cardio, yoga and I'm a Korean Martial Artist (Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Kuk Sool Won combination -- anyone else out there that does these?). I love being vegan, but have had a hard time relating to my gym buddies around here so I'm glad to have this outlet for vegan fitness! I always thought I was so alone in this category, but you have proved me wrong! I'm aspiring to oneday be in muscle competitions, but I don't know that much about them and don't know if I can commit to something like that yet, or if I have it in my genetic make-up to do it! We'll see what comes of all this, I hope to learn more about it here.
