Poor you - had you been training alot or do you think you just caught it?
Rest and fluids (and yeah - fruit!) will get you better in no time :D

Not training a lot, but sligthly harder than I had been the weeks prior... Plus the weather is realy hot and it feels like good conditions for viruses to thrive... It's a rather 'mild' cold, but no running non the less :( loading up on orange juice though :)!!!

Thanx cockie :D Yeah, better, but still not all well. Had planed to run today, but well any day now... (think that some of the illness was from stress of moving and starting a new job, so hopefully it will get better when I get more settled in on the job...)

 I didn' get going "tomorrow" like I said...

But today: I swam 1k in aprox 30min, breast stroak (realy terrible tecnique). Got cramp in my right calf 700m in, but hey, first swim of the year and I polished almost 10min of my time from last year...

Feels great to be more active again! No more damn colds now, they seem to get me out of focus

Will try to swim 2-3times a week and run 3-4times a week, in an not so stict schedual... Maybe go to the gym once in a while to, but thats furter down the road so to speak...

Glad to hear you're feeling healthy again :D and I agree, being active makes you feel soooo much better! It really makes a difference.

Congrats on the swim. Not a bad time, either, for a non-regular swimmer :)

Great - Erske is back! Keep a level you can maintain and you'll be going strong again. I'm like you brassed off with som many colds. I'm eating more fruit now and hope that will do the trick.
