Well a couple of people suggested I start a training log, so here goes.
I have got no specific training goals, I'm not preparing for a particular sporting event or anything like that, I am just aiming for personal improvement.
Friday is about the worst day for me. I finish work at 10pm on Thursday, then do 7am - 5pm on Friday and 6am -12 noon on Saturday. It messes up my sleep pattern and means I don't feel like doing much on a Friday evening except get an early night.
Anyway, last night I managed;

Press ups - 30+30+25
Sit ups - 25+20
Chin ups - 4+2+1
Running - About 2km

I don't have proper training sessions, I just get down on the floor, do as many press up and sit ups as I can, then carry on doing whatever else I was doing until I feel like I can get down again and do some more.
I haven't even got any running shoes. I just run round the forest in the same safety boots I wear at work. Who needs ankle weights when you've got steel toe caps ?

Edit:
I'm losing track of my PBs spread over several pages, so I'll keep them updated here to make it easier to check when I think I have set a new one.

Todays log so far;

Press ups - 30+30
Sit ups - 25+20
Chin ups - 2+2
Skipping - about 2 minutes
Burpees - 10 - Thanks to Spug for suggesting these.

I'll come back and alter this post as the day goes on and I do a bit more.
I have to write it down somewhere or I lose track. I might as well write it here and update it throughout the day as write it on a piece of paper and post it all in one go last thing.

I used to do a lot of running in para boots, not sure I would now though. Long term I like the idea of heel cushioning running shoes provide. I suppose since you're offroad and not running on concrete it's not such a big deal. If you start getting "bad pain" from running I'd look at switching footwear though.

Might be worth looking at other bodyweight exercises you could do, just for balance and variation. My favourite - burpees :D

Went out to visit a friend last night and get my hair cut, so no more training for the day. Came back with a grade two and a cold.
Don't really feel up to doing much today. I'll go out on the mountain bike later. I'm on call from work so it will have to be lots of short laps near home so I can get back quickly if needed.

Press ups - 30+30
Sit ups - 12+20
Chin ups - 4+2
Skipping - 2 minutes
Mountain biking - 13.8km

I felt rough with this cold yesterday. It hasn't gone yet, but I feel a bit more energetic today.

Press ups - 35+25+30
Sit ups - 20+20+20
Chin ups - 3+3

I might be feeling more energetic, but I've lost all coordination. I tried skipping, but spent most of the time untangling myself.

I've just about got over The Worst Cold I've Ever Had, in fact, it could well have been The Worst Cold Anyone Has Ever Had. Two days of trying not to fall back down again every time I stand up with a 10 and a 12 hour shift at work left no time or energy for anything other than sleeping and a quick walk with the dog, so it's back to trying to get in to some sort of excercise routine.

Press ups - 25
Sit ups - 20
Chin ups - 3

I live right on the edge of the Wyre Forest, so that's where I do all my mountain biking. 6000 acres of mixed broadleaf and conifer woodland with a good selection of fast forestry roads, twisty single track, steep climbs and a disused railway.
