wow well, it took me a few pages of browsing to find this, but its that time again.

today was the first day i decided to actually make an effort with this, just a randomly chosen day to be the first logging day heading back to optimal fitness.
so..the deal is,. i weigh at the moment (thank you spain and olive oil) 54kilos, which is 8 kilos heavier than i was last time i wrote here, and is about 8 or 9 kilos heavier than my optimal weight.
today i ran for about forty minutes. no watch, will have to find one tommrrow.-20 situps, 20 leglifts. (felt more than enough..)
Breakfast:2wholemeal toast with mayo+tomato espresso.
lunch:salad with kale,pumpkin seeds,parsley,tofu fried in tamari,feld salat,maplesyrup,mustard,vinegar dressing, bowl chocolate cereal+soymilk
snack:2 chocolate bikkies (with choc chips and ground pumpkin seeds...roiboos tea,1\2 glass apple juice
dinner:brown rice with toms,greenbeans,brusselsprouts,parsley,cashews,half a white baguette with garlic mayo.
2 more choccy bikkies before work in half an hour!
