Cheers. Class was my "programming resistance training" unit. All labs are in the gym and the lecturer was a strength & conditioning coach for west coast and the bombers so it's pretty good quality info we are getting

8x50, 5x75, 3x85, 3xfx95(missed by millimetres on each rep) 1x95(f on 2)kg
