thick handle db rows - 8x10, 2x8x20kg
incline db curls - 3x8x15kg

plan is to do 5x5 squats twice a week and add 2.5kg every week and see how my hips feel after a couple of months.

was supposed to do 2x3x100 and 2x2x105. no chance after yesterday's armwrestling, but would have been unlikely when fresh too.
db bench - 3x8x32.5kg
db lat raise - 3x8x7.5kg
tricep extension - 2x12x12.5kg

Delayed the final bench session due to psychological trauma of exam prep. Went into the uni gym today with one goal, to bench 110kg.

We did 3rm testing to predict 1rm and then a 1rm test in class today so decided to bench again.

Cheers. Class was my "programming resistance training" unit. All labs are in the gym and the lecturer was a strength & conditioning coach for west coast and the bombers so it's pretty good quality info we are getting :)
