Nope. I bailed after 3 weeks. I should have invested in more flavoured protein powders because I was gagging a few times because of how disgusting plain pea and rice protein is. Still lost a few kg though. Will switch to the trusty old slow-carb diet again to get the abs.

Bench - 10xbar, 5x40, 3x60, 6x70, 2x5x75, 2x4x75kg
chest flyes - 10x5, 3x12x10kg
military press - 10xbar, 5x40, 4x45kg
lat raises - 4x10x5kg
push press- 5x45kg
tricep extension - 3x10x10kg
2 hand pinch - 10x25, 2x5x35kg

Yeah, I did it a few years ago during the glory days of MVS. Only made it halfway through before it became too much. Was fairly conservative with my 1rm this time (92.5kg) so I might go a bit further.
