Thanks man. Will be armwrestling soon enough. My left elbow is still healing from an injury from about 3 months ago though.

My recovery is going well. I have permission to do leg curls and extensions now.

leg curls - 3x10
leg extensions - 3x10
seated cable bench - 3x10
lat pulldown - 3x10
bicep curls - 3x6

I demanded that he write down curls on my prescribed exercise list or I wouldn't leave his office.

Cheers, man. Yeah, squats too. Will only be temporary as I'm getting the other hip done in november, but I'm happy to be able to go through the motions for a month or so.
