Long break due to being in Paris and wanting to eat croissants and baguettes every day rather than train. Did lots of walking which only led to blisters

Hardly trained since I've been back in the 'diff, trying to sort out all my stuff before I leave on Friday so may only sneak in one more session. Weighed in at 118kg. Plan is to ignore my weight until I get back to australia and then get shredded in 12 weeks.

didn't bring chalk so was a bit slippy on the last two but still comfy otherwise.
