Long break due to being in Paris and wanting to eat croissants and baguettes every day rather than train. Did lots of walking which only led to blisters :( Hardly trained since I've been back in the 'diff, trying to sort out all my stuff before I leave on Friday so may only sneak in one more session. Weighed in at 118kg. Plan is to ignore my weight until I get back to australia and then get shredded in 12 weeks.

didn't bring chalk so was a bit slippy on the last two but still comfy otherwise.

Met up with a friend (BJJer) for a session at Dave's gym in Cardiff to show him the ropes.
KB double c&p - 2x32, 1x32kg
kb snatches - 2x5x32kg
squats - 5x20, 40, 2x60, 72.5, 1x110, 140, 160kg
lots of tire flips and lifted a stone of unknown weight to my chest
deads - 5x40, 2x75, 110, 140, 160kg
pullups - 3xbw
