Not much lifting last few months but have eased back into it the last week. Much weaker but hopefully won't take too long to get back to the old levels. Basketball twice a week has been my main exercise the last few months, which I'm really enjoying, and I hope to find the perfect harmony between bball and lifting.

11/1
MVS
Can't remember exact weights for the first few sets but went something like this
deads - 5x110, 2x140, 1x180, fx210kg
messed around with the 24kg KB a bit and also had it defiled by someone doing crossfit style swings with it.
military press - 5x50kg
Played around with a 20kg vest and couldn't do a pull-up and only about 3/4 of a chin-up. Jumped around a bit with it and today my clavicles are killing me from where the vest pounded them on landing :(
