[quote="Talyn"]Hey Ivan, what are you up to now you're back in Melbourne? Have you been to lord of the fries yet?

Hmm, thought I replied to you ages ago. Anyway, I'm not quite up to the usual. ONly had LOTF once and was sick the next day. No la panella yet, only regular las vegan when I'm at uni.

Had some postural and functional assessments done in labs last week and it appears my body is pretty messed up. Both humeri sit too far forward (have had some pain while benching the last few weeks) and my right lat is massive compared to my left lat even though I've never noticed any strength differences. Will get it checked out soon but have scaled back my training and will try to focus on the basics - strengthen my trunk, external hip rotators and glutes, and build up the left trap.

29/8
box squats - 10x20, 5x40, 60, 75, 90, 100kg
bench - 5x40, 60, 80, 90kg
inverted rows - 3x10
db rows - 3x8x15kg

11/10
Was really sick the last week so missed out on a few sessions and was expecting to feel weak but came back pretty strongly tonight.
KB swings - 2x10x24kg
BB strict press - 10x20, 5x30, 40, 50, 55, 4x60kg
squats - 5x40, 5x70, 2x90, 110, 1x125, 140, 155, 160kg
Heaviest squat in ages and there was probably a bit more in the tank.
