How is the knee?

My hips are good but now my knee is stuffed :( have to see physio

24/2
am: pushups - 26 and 25
pm - pullups - 3x2 normal, close grip supinated and wide grip.
I'm following this routine http://www.lamarineofficerprograms.com/The_Armstrong_Workout.pdf after finding out about it on a random youtube clip. Simple but forces me to do more pullups than i would normally be bothered to do.

If it's not one thing it's another...

Hope it's all well soon and we can see the new training regime in action!

Knee all fixed. Physio just worked around my lower outer thigh and mobilised my kneecap a bit and it was sorted. Maltracking patella. :)
