aargh, succumbed to BodyPump again because I was too lazy to train alone in the gym. It was well worth it just to hear the disco version remake of Midnight Oil's 'Beds Are Burning' try doing 100 squats to that speeded up. You hear all kinds of crap in BodyPump.
