Running in 33 degree is hardcore, but fun!

Don't run much not fast. In september the regular group trainings start. Now I just run not to start at 0 after this period.

Got my trainer licence renovated so might do something with this.

Wanted to do an other race, but there are no more except for championships I did not qualify for. Spanish vegan runners should get a new start soon. Will get one pretty good runner on board. And hopefully a large group of motivated others.
