You're right. The owner is really friendly, spotted me whilst on the bench and runs a good gym.

11.2 km road and trail run in approximately 1 hour (I forgot to put stopwatch on).

Indoor climbing at the Leeds Wall: lead climbing to 6a and seconding to 6b+.
