Thank you.

I'm thinking the first couple weeks were a lot of water weight and other junk in my body. The last 2 weeks I've lost about 4 lbs which I feel is good. My energy level are through the roof! Strength seems to be going up a little. So far so good. I do try to keep an eye on my energy levels weight etc. So I will make adjustments as needed. My goal weight right now would be 210lbs or about 95kg.

Hello everyone. I still have been training and eating right. Haven't been updated my training log because my computer died on me. I got a new phone so ill be using it to update my log and read the board.

Saturday March 30th 2013
Ran 2 miles in 25:31

Sunday March 31st 2013
I got an app to track my running and progress, so now im running on some trials at a park in town. It's nice I like it better than running on the road.
20 second run/40 second walk
2.7 miles in 37:20 Pace 13:52 min/mile

Also I got apps for pushups squats and situps. I'm going to work with these untill I'm able to do 100 in a row of each. Im going to be working pullups too. I will be doing the intial test for these tonight and I will post the results tomorrow.

Avery is as good as ever!! He does new thing everday it's amazing. Just the other day I saw him do a perfect pushup I was shocked! I isn't going to be long and he will be all over the place. I'll get good training just chasing him around I'm sure, lol.

BryDubbya - glad to see you've been keeping at it. I hear what you're saying about liking the trails better than the roads. Variety is good. I feel like I'd run trails more often if my sense of direction wasn't so terrible. You put me in the woods and I will get lost running in a straight line.

How old is Avery? I'm expecting my first in June.

That's great! And cute about the single perfect push-up, haha. You're a role model! I'm all for trails over concrete, training should be fun and joyful. And running in the woods with your kid (well maybe in a couple of years) seems much more enjoyable than running together through the city.
