Escapes from armbar, and then a little more work on the armbar itself
3 x 2min30 on top trying to escape, on bottom trying to finish armbar
Legs were really strong and I didn't get submitted, though did let a couple of armbars escape. Managed to escape armbars from each of my opponents, and finished one. Base was good, resilience was good. Legs blew out though about 1min in to my second partner's escaping round.
Didn't do the no gi as was unsure as to who would turn up - turns out loads of gi people stayed so regret not staying.

15mins upright bike level 6 (mile splits: 4:07, 4:01, 4:08 - called it a day there as had reached the point of diminishing returns)
