Well, looking over my log it appears that I did the wrong sets/reps for Bench Day. That's kind of weird. That was the week I was supposed to be doing sets of five. Anyway, my last Deadlift and Overhead Press Days went quite well. Now I'm all confused about what reps I'm supposed to be doing this week.
Yesterday I decided to do a little cardio.
