Well, looking over my log it appears that I did the wrong sets/reps for Bench Day. That's kind of weird. That was the week I was supposed to be doing sets of five. Anyway, my last Deadlift and Overhead Press Days went quite well. Now I'm all confused about what reps I'm supposed to be doing this week.

Yesterday I decided to do a little cardio.

Box Jumps:

5x10

Prowler Pushes:

totally lost count. No idea. More than ten.

Well. I have neglected my favorite forum for far too long. My husband and I just split up so I'm feeling pretty weird, unable to focus and having a terrible time in the gym. I didn't go in at all last week since I was moving. Hopefully I can get my shit together starting tomorrow and my lifts will get back up there.

Thanks for that, I was honestly way more stressed about telling him it was over than actually being apart from him. So now that I have moved out I'm fine. Headed to the gym on Wednesday and was intending to just go light, but I worked up to a single at 205 which felt fast and easy.

All my problems seem so small all of a sudden. I guess you decided it was over a while ago and I hope that it'll lead forward to something better from here on!

I knew I wasn't in love anymore over a year ago, I just felt guilty about it. But I couldn't force it to be the same again. We're both better off now. Plus, I get to keep one dog!

Man, I have so much trouble updating my log! I'm not really following a plan right now, but I'm hoping to do The Cube next. I just got the e-book.

I'm still too much of a novice to go it alone, so I usually stick with a plan.
